April 28
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Julia Decker - Brockport attacker
Senior (Penn Yan/Penn Yan)
Decker scored 16 points, including 13 goals, as she led Brockport to a 3-0 week, including two wins over SUNYAC opponents to clinch a spot in the SUNYAC Tournament. Her six goals against Oneonta was just one shy of tying the school record for goals in a game. On the season, Decker has scored 32 goals and has assisted on 15 more for 47 points.

Jamie Kaminsky - Brockport
Freshman (Oakdale/Sayville)
Kaminsky led Brockport to a 3-0 week as she made 17 saves over the three wins for a .522 save percentage and a 8.10 goals against average. She improved her season record to 10-3.

April 21
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Shauna Leonard - Geneseo midfielder
Senior (West Henrietta/Rush-Henrietta)
Leonard scored 16 goals and four assists in a 2-1 week for the Knights. She leads the Knights with 36 goals and 48 points and has risen to second all-time at Geneseo in both categories with 140 goals and 191 points.

Deanne Abell - Cortland
Sophomore (Fulton/G. Ray Bodley)
Abell posted a .719 save percentage and a 3.40 goals against average in a 3-0 week for the Red Dragons as they took over sole possession of first place in the SUNYAC by defeating Buffalo State 14-7 on Saturday.

April 14
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Katie Henderson - Buffalo State midfielder
Sophomore (Lakeview/Frontier)
Henderson helped the Buffalo State beat Geneseo for the first time in 13 tries on Tuesday by scoring four goals. She then tied a school record for goals in a game (8) vs. Potsdam on Saturday.

GOALIE OF THE WEEK
Annie Smith - Geneseo
Freshman (Rochester/Penfield)
Smith won her first collegiate start in Geneseo's 18-7 win over Utica on Friday by making 13 saves and stopped four shots and allowed no goals in 30 minutes of action in the 21-1 win over Morrisville on Saturday.

 

April 7
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Jennifer Caffarelli - Morrisville midfielder
Junior (Phillipsburg/Phillipsburg)
Caffarelli scored 12 goals on 14 shots (85.7 percent) in a 1-2 week for the Mustangs and tied the school record for the most goals scored in a single game with seven against Oswego on Saturday. Caffarelli brought her career totals to 89 goals and 112 points.

GOALIE OF THE WEEK
Ashley O'Brien - Buffalo State
Freshman (Lima/Honeoye Falls-Lima)
O'Brien helped lead the Bengals to a 2-0 start in SUNYAC play with victories over Brockport and Oneonta by posting a .591 save percentage and a 9.00 goals against average for the week.

March 31
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Alisha Schaad - Potsdam attacker
Junior (Central Square/P.V. Moore)
Schaad's 19-goal week led Potsdam to a 2-1 record and extended her college tally to 110 goals. She became Potsdam's career goal scorer last week, surpassing the former record of 90 goals.

GOALIE OF THE WEEK
Sarah Wright - Fredonia
Senior (Rochester/Irondequoit)
Wright posted a 7.67 goals against average and a .582 save percentage in a 2-1 week for the Blue Devils.

March 24
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Lexie Goodhart - Brockport attacker
Sophomore (Syracuse/Bishop Ludden)

Goodhart scored three goals and assisted on two more in Brockport's 17-12 win over Claremont-Mudd-Scripps in Florida on Thursday. Two days earlier, she scored one goal and assisted on three more in a tough 11-10 loss to William Smith.

GOALIE OF THE WEEK
Deanne Abell - Cortland
Sophomore (Fulton/G. Ray Bodley)

Abell stopped 11 shots in Cortland's win at Rochester and then followed up with a career-high 17 saves in an OT win versus Ithaca. She made two saves on free-position chances in OT to preserve the win.

Against the College of New Jersey, the fifth-ranked team in NCAA Division III, Abell turned aside nine shots. For the season, she has a 3-3 record with an 11.50 GAA and a .519 save percentage.


March 17
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Emily Fink - Fredonia midfielder
Freshman (Penfield/Penfield)
Fink scored three goals, including the final two goals, in an 11-9 win over Elmira on Saturday in her first collegiate contest. She also had two assists.

GOALIE OF THE WEEK
Hannah McKee - Geneseo
Junior (Ithaca/Ithaca)
McKee posted a .607 save percentage and a 6.67 goals against average in 99 minutes played as Geneseo opened their season with a 13-8 win over RIT on Tuesday and a 22-4 victory over Division II Franklin Pierce on Sunday.

March 10
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Jessie Fritz - Cortland attacker
Sophomore (Baldwinsville/C.W. Baker)
Fritz helped lead the Red Dragons to a split in their opening two games of the season, scoring four goals in each contest - one a loss to No. 13 Union. Her four goals during Cortland's win over Randolph-Macon all came in the second half. Fritz leads the team with her eight goals and eight points.
