Clark earns the Player of the Week award for the fourth time season
after leading Brockport to a 2-1 week as they closed out the regular
season. On the week, she shot 67 percent from the field and
82 percent from the line. Against Oneonta, she scored 23 points, shooting
10-of-14 from the floor and 3-of-3 from the free throw line as the
Golden Eagles defeated the Red Dragons 74-69. In a 63-53 victory over
Cortland, Clark had 30 points while adding eight boards, three assists
and a steal. In a ten-point loss to Geneseo (53-63), the senior was
10-of-15 from the floor for 20 points while collecting seven rebounds.
Clark has scored 30 or more points fives times this season and 20
or more 13 times. Brockport earned the No. 3 seed in this year's tournament
and hosts sixth-seeded Oneonta in a SUNYAC Tournament Play-In game
tomorrow.

Tara Snavlin, Geneseo
Senior, Guard (Mendon/Honeoye Falls-Lima)
Snavlin earns the award for the second time this season,
averaging 19.0 points and 4.3 assists in a 3-0 conference week for
Geneseo. She scored 22 points and added four boards and three assists
in a 76-65 win over Oswego. In a 63-49 win over Plattsburgh, the senior
guard had 12 points and four assists. Snavlin finished with 23 points
and six assists, shooting 75 percent from 3-point range, in a 90-56
victory against Potsdam. She ranks third in the conference in scoring,
averaging 15.7 points and seventh in assists with 4.13 per game. Geneseo
tops the SUNYAC standings with a 17-6 overall record and 13-1 in the
conference.

Kendra Vavrina, Geneseo
Senior, Forward (Pittsford/Pittsford Sutherland)
Vavrina averaged 21.0 points and 10.5 rebounds in a pair of SUNYAC
wins for Geneseo. In a 68-67 win over Brockport, she scored a career
high 30 points and the game winning basket with 11 seconds left as
Geneseo handed Brockport their first conference loss of the season.
The senior forward recorded a double-double in a 65-48 win over SUNYIT,
scoring 12 points and adding 12 rebounds. She also had two steals
and two blocks in the victory. On the week, she shot 57 percent from
the field and 73 percent from the free throw line. Vavrina is ninth
in the conference in scoring (12.6), sixth in rebounding (8.2) seventh
in field goal percentage (.443) and eighth in free throw percentage
(.745). Geneseo improves to 14-6 overall and moves into first place
in the conference with a 10-1 record.

Clark wins Player of the Week honor for the third time this season
after shooting 63 percent from the field last week and averaging 30.3
points in a 3-0 conference week for Brockport. She was 11-of-16 from
the field a perfect 7-of-7 from the free throw line in a 77-54 win
over Fredonia. Clark had a season high 32 points as the Golden Eagles
defeated Oneonta 82-61. She also had 15 boards in the contest. On
Saturday, in an 82-73 win over New Paltz, the senior forward recorded
her fifth double-double of the season, as she finished with 30 points
and 11 boards. Clark leads the SUNYAC in scoring, averaging 20.2 points
per game and in field goal percentage, shooting at 53.6 percent. She
also ranks in the top ten in rebounding (8.0), free throw percentage
(.773). Brockport improves to 13-3, 7-0 SUNYAC.

Jessica Skelton, SUNYIT
Junior, Guard (Camden/Alfred State)
Skelton led the Wildcats to their first SUNYAC victory of the season,
scoring 40 points in an 83-63 win over Potsdam. Her 40-point effort
puts her in third place on the most points per game record in the
school's history and replaced her previous individual game high of
33 points set earlier this month. In a 65-51 loss to Buffalo State,
the junior guard scored 25 points, had five boards, four assists and
four steals. She leads the team in scoring average (21.0), assists
average (4.2) and steals average (2.6). SUNYIT is 2-12, 1-6

Clark averaged 19.3 points and 10.7 boards to help lead Brockport
to a 2-1 record and fifth place finish in the JPMorgan Chase Scholarship
Tournament this past week. In the first game, a 76-68 loss to Geneseo,
she posted a double-double with 17 points and 15 rebounds. In a 78-65
consolation win over RIT, Clark scored 30 points and had 10 boards
and became the all-time women's career tournament scoring leader with
217 points in 12 career tournament games. She broke the previous record
of 201 points set by former Brockport star Jen Feneli. The Golden
Eagles earned their fifth place finish with a 64-56 victory over Nazareth.
The senior forward had 11 points and seven boards in that win and
was named to the All-Tournament team. Clark ranks in the top ten of
the conference in several categories, including first in scoring (18.1),
tenth in rebounding (7.3), third in field goal percentage (.486),
and eighth in free throw percentage (.708). Brockport is currently
8-3, 4-0.

Jennifer McDonough, Plattsburgh
Freshman, Guard (Yonkers, Maria Regina)
McDonough posted back-to-back 20-point performances last week as Plattsburgh
went 3-0 on the week. She scored 26 points in a 68-51 win over Skidmore
and her 20 points against Norwich came on six 3-pointers and a pair
of free throws. Earlier in the week, she shot 2-of-4 from the field
and was a perfect 2-for-2 in 3-pointers as the Cardinals defeated
Johnson State 67-60. The freshman guard is third on the team in scoring
(9.8) and ranks sixth in the conference in free throw percentage (.694),
ninth in 3-point field goal percentage (.362) and eighth in 3-point
field goals made (1.91/game). Plattsburgh is on a four game win streak
and stands at 7-4, 2-1.

Senior, Guard (Mendon/Honeoye Falls-Lima)
Snavlin's 17 points and five boards helped lead the Lady Knights to
a 70-65 victory over Ithaca on Saturday. She also tallied six assists
and three steals in the game. The senior guard ranks in the Top 10
in the conference in several categories, including third in scoring
(14.9), second in assists (4.88) and first in 3-point field goals
made (3.12). Geneseo is currently 5-3, 3-1 on the season.

Freshman, Guard (Buffalo/Mount Mary Academy)
Roth had a career high 25 points, shooting 8-for-12 from the floor,
as Oswego defeated Cazenovia 75-67. She also set a new school record
with eight 3-pointers in the game. The freshman guard is eighth in
the conference in field goal percentage (.450) and third in both 3-point
field goal percentage (.463) and 3-point field goals made (2.71/game).

Clark averaged
17.4 points and 6.2 boards in a 2-1 week for the Golden Eagles as
they posted wins over Plattsburgh (63-57) and Potsdam (60-38) while
losing to St. John Fisher (63-53). She had 22 points and eight boards
against Potsdam and went a perfect 6-for-6 from the free throw line.
The senior forward is second in the conference in scoring (17.4),
third in field goal percentage (.537) and second in free throw percentage
(.806). Brockport is 3-2, 2-0.

Sophomore, Guard (East Amherst/Sacred Heart Academy)
Shuster averaged
12.7 points, 2.7 rebounds and three assists in a 2-1 week for Oswego.
She scored 11 points and had five boards, five assists and three steals
in a 76-46 win over D'Youville. The sophomore guard was named to the
all-tournament team at the St. John Fisher Tournament. In an 87-63
loss to St. John Fisher in the title game, Shuster shot 7-for-10 from
the field for 21 points and set a Lakers school record for 3-pointers
in a game with seven. Oswego is 2-1 on the season.

Senior, Guard (Ballston Lake/Shenendehowa)
Tabor tied her career-high of 26 points and pulled down 10 boards
leading the Golden Eagles to a 76-62 victory over Hamilton in the
NYU Tournament Friday. She also led the team in rebounds (11) and
scored 20 points in a losing effort as Brockport dropped their second
game of the season to host NYU. The senior guard was named to the
All-Tournament team and recorded two double-doubles on the weekend.
