Horton
was named Most Valuable Player of the SUNYAC Tournament. In two matches, she finished
with 47 assists, eight digs, three kills and two aces.

Bethany Ortmann (East Hampton/East Hampton), Brockport middle blocker
Leading
the Golden Eagles to a second-place finish in the New York State Women's Collegeiate
Athletic Association Tournament, Ortmann finished with 41 kills, 17 blocks and
a .392 hitting percentage. She was named to the All-Tournament team at the NYSWCAA
Championship and was also named to the All-State team over the weekend.

JaHanna Dixon (Hamburg/Frontier), Fredonia middle blocker
Dixon
led the Blue Devils to the SUNYAC West Championship with a 3-0 win over SUNY Brockport
in the final match of pool play. She had 72 kills last week including 12 against
the Golden Eagles and finished the six-match week with a .396 hit percentage.
Dixon also had 71 digs and 15 blocks.

Kelsey Muka (Lansing/Lansing), Cortland senior outside hitter
Leading
the Red Dragons to a 2-2 week and a third-place finish at the Cortland Invitational,
Muka recorded 67 kills, 41 digs and 21 blocks as Cortland downed RIT and Hunter
before losing to Daemen and Stevens over the weekend. Against Daemen, Muka recorded
a season-high 23 kills and also contributed 17 digs. Her attack percentage for
the weekend was .323 with just 17 errors in 155 attempts.

Alyssa Torpy (West Henrietta/Rush-Henrietta), Fredonia junior setter
Torpy
led the Blue Devils to a 3-1 record and a second-place finish at the Blue Devil
Invitational over the weekend. She had 174 assists including 51 in a 3-1 victory
over Penn State Behrend. She added 51 digs during the four-match weekend and was
named to the invitational's All-Tournament Team.

Kaitlin Erdmann (Randolph/Randolph), Fredonia freshman middle blocker
Leading
the Blue Devils to a 4-1 record, Erdmann recorded a season-high 20 kills in a
3-0 victory over Oneonta. Erdmann also helped Fredonia to wins over Medaille,
King's College and Union College. She was named to the All-Tournament team at
the Oneonta Tournament, finishing the week with 55 kills and a .489 hitting percentage
in 16 games. Erdmann also had seven digs and eight blocks for the Blue Devils
who improved to 14-10 on the year.

Shae Gilmore (Merrill/Northern Adirondack), Brockport senior OH/OPP
Gilmore
led the Golden Eagles to a midweek victory over Cortland and a perfect 5-0 mark
during the first round of SUNYAC Pool Play at Geneseo. Gilmore, who sees time
at both the outside and opposite hitting positions, led Brockport with 75 kills
in 20 games including 18 against Cortland and a season-high 24 against Geneseo.
She also had 66 digs, four blocks and three service aces.

Alice Kahrs (Kings Park/Kings Park), Cortland senior middle hitter
Kahrs
led the Red Dragons to a fifth-place finish at the RIT Invitational and helped
Cortland to its first win over New York University since 2000 (snapping a 10-game
losing streak). She had 38 kills in four matches and had a .318 hitting percentage
with only 11 errors over the weekend. Kahrs also had 17 blocks for the Red Dragons
who improved to 8-4 and were listed in the "also receiving votes" section
of the latest Division III poll.

Kaylen Fessette (Plattsburgh/Beekmantown), Brockport senior setter
Leading
the Golden Eagles to a 3-1 weekend at the Ithaca College Invitational Tournament
where she was an All-Tournament Team selection, Fessette broke the Brockport career
assists record in the first match and finished the weekend with 162 assists (12.46
per game). She now has 4,209 career assists, breaking the old record of 4,066
set by Amanda Kitson from 1997-2000. Fessette added 10 kills and 47 digs as Brockport
defeated Widener College, Hamilton College and Baptist Bible College before falling
to Ithaca College.

Katie Becofsky
(Altamont/Schalmont), New Paltz senior setter
Leading the Hawks to a 2-2
weekend at Cortland's Red Dragon Invitational, Becofsky had a solid all-around
weekend with 21 kills, 142 assists, 65 digs and four blocks as New Paltz defeated
Montclair State and Rochester before dropping decisions to Stevens Institute and
Cortland. In the 3-1 Cortland loss, she recorded her first career triple-double
with 10 kills, 41 assists and 24 digs. She earned an All-Tournament Team selection.
