October 30
SUNY Brockport junior setter Kaylen Fessette (Plattsburgh,NY/Beekmantown) led the Golden Eagles to a second place finish at the New York State Women’s Collegiate Athletic Association (NYSWCAA) Tournament and has been selected as the State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) Volleyball player of the week for the week ending 10/29. Fessette was voted a NYSWCAA First-Team All-Star before the weekend’s matches and was additionally named to the All-Tournament Team at the conclusion of the tournament. It is the seventh all-tournament selection of the season for Fessette.She finished with 125 assists over the weekend and now has 1,386 assists on the season. She registered 52 assists in the win over Vassar and 51 in the five-game win over Ithaca. Fessette is currently second on the all-time career assist list and needs only 73 to break the school record for assists in one season.

October 23
New Paltz senior Franchesca Rodriguez (Schenectady, NY/Guilderland) led the Hawks to their first-ever SUNYAC East Division title with a 4-1 weekend record at the SUNYAC East Pool Play and has been named the SUNYAC Volleyball Athlete of the Week for the week ending October 22. Rodriguez led New Platz to wins over Potsdam, Oneonta and Plattsburgh as the Hawks finished with a 9-1 SUNYAC record to earn the top seed in the East.Rodriguez had 49 kills including 26 against Cortland, 34 digs and six assists in 14 games. She recorded 15 digs in the victory over Potsdam and finished the weekend with a .357 hitting percentage.

October 16
Kaylen Fessette (Plattsburgh, NY/Beekmantown) has been named the SUNYAC Player of the Week for the week ending October 15. The junior led SUNY Brockport to a 3-0 record in the SUNYAC/Liberty Challenge at Union College over the weekend, helping her team to a 7 game winning streak and victories in 16 of the last 17 matches.Fessette was named to the All-Tournament Team over the weekend; her fifth all-tournament selection of the season. The junior recorded a career high 62 assists in the 3-1 victory over Skidmore, good for 4th highest single match total in school history. She also averaged 12.4 assists per game and 49.6 assists over the three matches in wins over Union College 3-1 and Clarkson 3-1. Fessette has topped 1,000 assists on the season for the 3rd consecutive season.

October 9
SUNY Cortland Senior Daina Marsh (North Syracuse/Cicero-North Syracuse) has been named State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) volleyball player of the week for the week ending October 8. Marsh hit .384 for the week, while the Red Dragons went 4-0 over the past week. The outside hitter had 35 kills, averaging 2.9 a game, including a season-high 17 kills in a win over SUNY Geneseo early in the week and 14 more in a 3-1 win over arch-rival Ithaca. She also averaged 1.8 digs per game. Cortland won the Cortland Invitational, and currently sits at 19-9 overall.

October 2
Fredonia State Sophomore Amy Bertrando (Westfield/Westfield NY) has been named State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) for the week ending October 1. Amy hit .405% at the Oneonta Tournament while the Blue Devils went 3-1 over the weekend. Amy had 61 kills, averaging 5.08 a game, including a 19 kill (.720%) 3 block performance in a 3-0 win against Skidmore. She also averaged .75 blocks a game over the four matches.

September 25
SUNY Brockport junior Shae Gilmore (Merrill, NY/Northern Adirondack) led the Golden Eagles to a 5-0 week and has been named the State University of New York Athletic conference (SUNYAC) volleyball Player of the Week for the week ending September 24. Gilmore led the Golden Eagles to a 3-2 victory over SUNY Cortland on Tuesday and then helped her team to a 4-0 record in the first round of the SUNYAC Pool Play in the West Division. Gilmore had 16 kills in the victory over Cortland including the final three kills in a 15-12 game five victory in Cortland. For the week, she recorded 45 kills and a .276 hit percentage and also added 32 digs.

September 17
New Paltz senior Kim Clouston (Baldwinsville, NY/C.W. Baker) has been named the SUNYAC player of the week, for the week ending September 17th. Kim led the Hawks to their third straight Hawk Invitational Volleyball tournament title as New Paltz won all four games in the tournament. Clouston had 35 kills and a .289 hit percentage for the Hawks. The outside hitter also contributed 38 digs and five blocks to the winning effort. New Paltz improved to 9-3 on the season heading into the first session of SUNYAC Pool Play this weekend at Plattsburgh. In the New Paltz tournament, the Hawks defeated SUNY Farmingdale, SUNY Morrisville and Elmira by 3-0 scores and dealt SUNY Oneonta a 3-1 loss. Against Oneonta, Clouston had 12 kills and 18 digs.

September 10
SUNY Geneseo junior Courtney Nash (Orchard Park, NY Mt. Mercy High School) has been named the State University of New York Athletic Conference Volleyball Player of the Week ending September 10. Courtney had 43 kills in leading her program to an undefeated week. She averaged three blocks a game, and her hitting percentage was .416. Nash also posted two assists for the week. Courtney claimed MVP honors of the Elmira Tournament, which SUNY Geneseo won this past week.

September 3
SUNY Cortland freshman outside hitter Michelle Gaufman (Wantagh, NY/MacArthur) helped the Red Dragons to a 5-0 weekend and has been selected the State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) Volleyball Player of the Week for the week ending September 4.Gaufman finished the weekend with a hitting percentage of .293 with 36 kills and just nine errors. She also contributed 41 digs, six blocks and five aces. Her best hitting effort came in a 3-0 win over Skidmore when she had seven kills in 18 attempts with no errors and also added 9 digs. The Red Dragons won 3-0 matches over Montclair State, Skidmore and Fredonia before winning 3-1 matches over New Paltz and Stevens Tech in the championship round of the Cortland Red Dragon Classic.
