ECAC Swimmer/Diver of the Week
Week #10 - February 20, 2002 Diver of the Week Amy Sislo, Jr. – (Rome, NY/Rome Free Academy) Sislo captured the one-meter diving with a score of 307.45 and the three-meter diving event earning a score of 352.65 at the State University of New York Athletic Conference in Buffalo. Week #7 - January 30, 2002 Diver of the Week Tracy Williams, Sr.
- (Rexford, NY/Schenectady Christian) In a home victory over Rochester Institute of Technology, Williams placed first in the one-meter diving event scoring 179.9 points. In addition, the senior from Rexford, NY had a strong finish in the 100-butterfly finishing with a time of 1:08.96. Williams had season highs in both the one-meter and three-meter diving competitions, placing first in the one-meter with a score of 211.35 and second in the three-meter with a score of 213.30 in a tri-meet versus State University College at Cortland and State University College at Buffalo Week #6 – January 23, 2002 Swimmer of the Week Kate Duncan, Jr. – (Rochester, NY/Brighton) Winning four individual events, finishing second in one, and participating in four relay teams, junior Kate Duncan from Rochester, NY helped to lead State University of Cortland to a 11-0 dual scoring record on the week. In a tri-meet against Hartwick College and State University College at Oneonta Duncan captured the 100-freestyle with a time of 55.23 and helped Cortland to defeat Hartwick for the first time since the series between the school resumed in the early 1990's.
