Geneseo Men and Women Dominate SUNYAC Swimming & Diving Championships

The Geneseo Women's Swimming and Diving team captured their 12th straight SUNYAC crown by scoring 751 points and edging out second place finisher Oswego by 10.5 points. On the men's side Geneseo won their third consecutive SUNYAC Championship, finishing only 8 points ahead of Oswego. Oswego Head Coach Kami Mathews was named SUNYAC Men's and Women's Coach of the Year after coaching her squads to second place victories after both the men and women finished fourth in last year's SUNYAC Championships.

Most Valuable Swimmer (Women): Danielle Schoen (Geneseo)

Most Valuable Swimmer (Men): Ryan Warren (Cortland)

Most Valuable Diver (Men): Chris Miller (Buffalo St.)

Most Valuable Diver (Women): Mandy Birchenough (Oswego)

James Fulton Award: Ryan Warren (Cortland)

Grace Mowatt Award: Erin Mitchell (Potsdam)

Coach of the Year (Men & Women): Kami Mathews (Oswego)
