Oswego's Kevin Morgan (1- and 3-meter diving), Oswego's
Greg Doyle (200-meter freestyle) and Fredonia's Scott Horsington (1-meter diving). Honorable
mentions were: The Geneseo men's 200 and 800 free relay teams -- both consisting
of Sig Culhane, Charlie Hake, Slint Sugnet and John Zolna, Oswego's
Shawn Merlin (1- and 3-meter diving), Oswego's Chris Dotsom (1-meter diving) and
Potsdam's Nathan LaRowe (3-meter diving). All-American
Women
New Paltz's Michelle
Coombs (50, 100 and 200 free), Fredonia's Kelly Sponholz (1- and 3-meter diving) and
the Geneseo women's 200 free relay team of Jennifer Anthone,
Jessie Cocco, Katie Linehan and Michelle Rodriguez. Honorable
mentions were: The Geneseo women's 400
free relay team of Anthone, Cocco, Linehan and Rodriguez. The
Geneseo women's 800 free relay team of Anthone, Linehan,
Rodriguez and Natalie Thorpe. The Geneseo women's 400 medley relay team
of Anthone, Cocco, Rodriguez and Thorpe. The New
Paltz women's 200 free and 200 medley relay teams -- both consisting of Coombs,
Erica Ellis, Becky Baker and Christine Reith. ---
During
the 2007-08 season, three swimmers and three divers earned recognition from the
ECAC.
They were: New Paltz female
swimmer Michelle Coombs (Dec. 4, Jan. 23 and Feb. 13), Fredonia male diver
Scott Horsington (Jan. 16), Fredonia female diver Kelly Sponholz (Jan. 16), Brockport
female diver Maria Quagliana (Jan. 30), Geneseo male swimmer Charlie Hake (Feb.
13) and Geneseo female swimmer Natalie Thorpe (Feb. 13).
