and Oneonta senior Sanada Mujanovic (Centereach/Centereach) all were recently named National
Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA)/Adidas All-Americans. Figliola earned first team honors and Sousa was a third

to the women’s second team.
Figliola

status since John McDonagh in 1981.
Jason Sousa had a sensational
second season at Plattsburgh. Along with Figliola,
Sousa was named both first team All-SUNYAC and first team All-Region. He
finished the season with two goals and a team-high nine assists for the
Cardinals, who ended the season 15-5-0 and a perfect 9-0 in the SUNYAC. Sousa
also led the conference this season in assists per game averaging 0.45 assists
per match.
Mujanovic
has been receives All-American recognition for the second straight season after
being named to the third team in 2002. She is just the fourth player in Oneonta
women’s soccer history to receive the honor. In 2003, Mujanovic
led the Oneonta Red Dragons to their fifth straight conference championship and
the team’s first NCAA Division III National Championship. She finishes her
brilliant career with 83 points (31g, 21a) which puts her in second place on
the Oneonta all-time list.
