PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Neil Musselwhite, Oswego Senior Forward (Burlington, Ontario)
Musselwhite tallied two goals and an assist to help the Lakers post a 8-5 come-from-behind victory over Morrisville in the SUNYAC semifinals on Saturday. Musselwhite assisted Oswego State's first goal, then followed minutes later with his first score of the game to close out the first period trailing by one goal. He went on to score his sixth short-handed goal of the season 27 seconds into the third period to give the Lakers their first lead of the game. Musselwhite has scored 18 goals and 13 assists this season.
GOALTENDER OF THE WEEK
Josh Leis, Plattsburgh Freshman (Kitchener, Ontario)
Leis stopped 24 of 26 shots and had a .923 save percentage in 60 minutes of action in the SUNYAC Semifinals to help nationally ranked Plattsburgh State extend its season-best win streak to five games.
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Tyler Leimbrock, Oswego Freshman Forward (Bolton, Ontario)
Leimbrock fueled the Lakers' come-from-behind 8-5 victory over Morrisville in the SUNYAC semifinals on Saturday by recording his first collegiate hat trick. Leimbrock scored Oswego's first goal three minutes after the Mustangs took a 3-0 lead. He added two goals in the second period to complete the hat trick as his second score came two minutes after Morrisville gained a 4-2 edge and the final goal tied the game with 1:08 remaining in the frame. Leimbrock has posted eight goals and five assists this season.
February 22
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Stefan Decosse, Geneseo Sophomore F (North Vancouver, British Columbia/Trail Smoke Eaters)
Decosse dished out four assists in Geneseo's 7-3 win over Cortland and provided two helpers in the 3-1 win over #1 Oswego, previously undefeated in SUNYAC play. Decosse finished the season as the leading point producer for the Ice Knights with 27 points on eight goals, 19 assists.
GOALTENDER OF THE WEEK
Cory Gershon, Geneseo Sophomore (Sparta, NJ/St. Michael's Buzzer)
Gershon turned aside 33 shots and had a .971 save percentage in handing #1 Oswego their first conference loss of the season and second overall.
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Mat Hehr, Fredonia F (Sherwood Park, Alberta)
Hehr scored two goals in a 7-1 victory over Morrisville.

PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Sy Nutkevitch, Potsdam Sophomore Forward (Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Quebec)
Nutkevitch had a big weekend as he tallied three goals and two assists for the Bears. He earned the first star for his 2 goal effort against Buffalo State on Saturday night.
GOALTENDER OF THE WEEK
Caylin Relkoff, Morrisville Junior (Grand Forks, British Columbia)
Relkoff made 41 saves to secure a 5-0 win over Cortland on Friday and his first shut-out of the season. On Saturday he added 31 additional saves to his tallies on the week in the loss to Oswego, with a save percentage of .935.
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Matt Salmon, Morrisville Forward (Orillia, Ontario)
Salmon led Morrisville State against Cortland, scoring two goals in the 5-0 victory. Against nationally ranked Oswego he tallied one goal, bringing his weekend total to three. To date, he has recorded eight goals and four assists for the Mustangs.
February 8
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Andrew Alarie, Morrisville Senior Forward (Carlisle, Ontario)
Alarie scored his first career hat trick against Potsdam on Friday, netting three goals (two on the power play) and an assist to lead the Mustangs to the 5-4 victory.
GOALTENDER OF THE WEEK
Josh Leis, Plattsburgh Freshman (Kitchener, Ontario)
Leis had a .944 save percentage and 1.87 goals-against average in two appearances. He stopped 34 of 35 shots in a 4-1 win against Morrisville, including all nine attempts from close range during a Morrisville power play in the second period to preserve a 1-1 tie at the time. In a backup role, he helped Plattsburgh stay within striking distance on the road against Middlebury, where the Cardinals fell behind 3-0 before losing by two goals.
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Luke Moodie, Oswego Freshman Forward (Burlington, Ontario)
Moodie registered two goals and an assist in the Lakers' 5-2 win over Cortland on Friday. Moodie assisted the game's first goal on a power play before scoring a power play goal of his own in the second period. His second goal of the contest came 1:33 after Cortland made the score 4-1. Oswego State improved to 21-1-0 overall and 13-0-0 in the conference with the win.

PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Jon Whitelaw, Oswego Freshman Forward (Huntsville, Ontario)
Whitelaw recorded three points (two goals, one assist) to help the Lakers stay undefeated in conference play with a 5-1 win over Potsdam and a 3-2 win over Plattsburgh. Whitelaw's goal early in the second period broke a scoreless tie against the Bears. He later assisted Oswego State's third goal, which gave the Lakers a two-score lead. Against Plattsburgh, Whitelaw recorded the game-winning goal in the second period as Oswego State posted its first win over the Cardinals in the Campus Center Arena. The Lakers are now 20-1-0 overall and 12-0-0 in the league standings.
GOALTENDER OF THE WEEK
Kyle Gunn-Taylor, Oswego Senior (West Seneca)
Gunn-Taylor remained undefeated between the pipes this season after making 27 saves with a .931 save percentage in Oswego State's 3-2 win over fourth-ranked Plattsburgh. He made several key saves throughout the contest, including 12 in the first period, to improve to 13-0-0 and help the Lakers stay atop the conference standings.

Docking had two assists in a 4-1 SUNYAC road win at Cortland.
January 25
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Matty MacLeod, Plattsburgh Sophomore Defense (Woburn, Mass.)
MacLeod led the Cardinals with five points on two goals and three assists from his spot on the blueline, helping Plattsburgh go 2-0-1 on the week--all on the road. His week was highlighted by a career-high four points in a 7-1 win Saturday at Brockport.

Josh Leis, Plattsburgh Freshman (Kitchener, Ontario)
Leis played a large part in helping Plattsburgh go 2-0-1 overall for the week by going 1-0-1 himself. He had a 0.96 goals-against average, while stopping 39 of 41 shots for a .952 save percentage.

Jon Whitelaw, Oswego Freshman Forward (Huntsville, Ontario)
Whitelaw recorded one goal and three assists for four points, as the top-ranked Lakers posted SUNYAC wins over Buffalo State and Fredonia. In Friday night's 10-1 win over Buffalo State, he tallied two assists, including an assist on the eventual game-winning power play goal. Whitelaw broke a scoreless tie against the Blue Devils with a power play goal, and later assisted the game-winning power play goal.
January 18
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Ian Finnerty, Brockport Sophomore Forward (Ardmore, PA/Philly Little Flyers)
Finnerty notched five goals an one assist as Brockport went 2-1 on the week. He assisted on a power play goal and scored the final goal in the 5-3 victory. He scored four goals including the game-winner in a 6-3 victory over the Flying Dutchmen. He scored twice in the first period, completed his hat trick with 12 seconds left in the second period and notched his fourth goal midway through the third period. Three of his four goals were on the power play. Finnerty currently leads the team with 16 points on seven goals and nine assists.
GOALTENDER OF THE WEEK
Cory Gershon, Geneseo Sophomore (Sparta, NJ/St. Michael's Buzzer)
Gershon was stellar in his first game back after suffering an injury during the first semester. In a 2-2 overtime tie to Castleton, he made 38 saves, allowed 2 goals and compiled a .950 save percentage in 65 minutes of action.
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Jared Docking, Plattsburgh Freshman Forward (Toronto, Ontario)
Docking recorded a Plattsburgh season-high four assists to help the Cardinals beat Skidmore, 9-3, in a non-conference game. The four points are the most scored by a Cardinal freshman in two seasons, and the four assists are the most in a game since 2007.
January 11
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Neil Musselwhite, Oswego Senior Forward (Burlington, Ontario)
Musselwhite tallied his second hat trick of the season and added an assist as the Lakers defeated ninth-ranked Adrian 5-2 on Friday night in Oswego. Musselwhite recorded the first goal, game-winning goal, and second empty-net goal to move to 13 goals this season. He also assisted on the second goal of the game with 30 seconds remaining in the first period. In addition, Musselwhite played a key role on the Oswego State penalty kill unit that did not allow a power-play goal in eight chances against the top-ranked power play team in Division III.

Kyle Gunn-Taylor, Oswego Senior (West Seneca, NY)
Gunn-Taylor recorded 28 saves, including 13 in the second period, and allowed two goals in the Lakers' 5-2 victory over ninth-ranked Adrian last Friday. The two goals allowed by Gunn-Taylor was the fewest goals scored by Adrian this season, and snapped a streak of 31 straight games in which the top-ranked offense in Division III had scored three goals or more. He is 11-0-0 this season for top-ranked Oswego State.

Kaz Iwamoto, Geneseo Freshman Forward (Tomokomai, Japan/Wyoming Seminary)
Iwamoto totaled six points on the weekend, 2 goals - 4 assist, as Geneseo swept Lebanon Valley. He stands second in scoring for the Ice Knights with 15 points on six goals and nine assists.
January 4
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Justin Fox, Oswego Junior Forward (Whitby, Ontario)
Fox recorded one goal and four assists to help the Lakers claim the championship trophy at the PathFinder Bank/Oswego Hockey Classic this past weekend. In a 4-1 win over Connecticut College, Fox tallied a power play goal and two assists, including an assist on the eventual game-winning goal. He also assisted the last two goals in a 3-1 victory against sixth-ranked Elmira to earn tournament MVP honors.

Josh Leis, Plattsburgh Freshman (Kitchener, Ontario)
Leis was named to the Cardinal Classic All-Tournament Team after backstopping Plattsburgh to a 9-0 victory in the championship game, turning aside all 23 shots he faced for his first career shutout.
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Chris Wieland, Plattsburgh Freshman Forward (Royal Palm Beach, Fla.)
Wieland led all scorers with five points (2 goals, 3 assists) in the Cardinal Classic as host and No. 2-ranked Plattsburgh State won the tournament title with victories over Castleton State (8-1) and Trinity-Conn. (9-0).
December 14
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Eric Selleck, Oswego Sophomore Forward (Spencerville, Ont.)
Selleck compiled four goals and two assists in wins over Utica, Hamilton, and Hobart last week. Selleck registered two goals, including the game-tying goal in the third period, against the Pioneers in a 5-4 decision. He followed up that performance on Friday with two goals and an assist during a 6:47 span in the second period in an 8-2 win over Hamilton. In Saturday's 5-1 win against Hobart, Selleck earned an assist. The Lakers improved to 13-1-0 overall and have matched a program-best 12-game winning streak.
GOALTENDER OF THE WEEK
Todd Sheridan, Brockport Senior (Edison, NJ/Sarnia Blast)
Sheridan made 33 saves to record his 23rd career victory and fourth career shutout for Brockport. The Golden Eagles beat WNEC by a score of 4-0. It's their fourth win in the past five games and the second shutout since Thanksgiving. He stands in fifth place on the all-time Brockport career saves list with 1,579 saves.
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Jon Whitelaw, Oswego Freshman Forward (Hunstville, Ont.)
Whitelaw tallied two goals and five assists in wins over Utica, Hamilton, and Hobart last week. Against the Pioneers, Whitelaw assisted the Lakers' first goal in a 5-4 win. In Friday's 8-2 victory at Hamilton, he contributed two assists, including an assist on the game-tying power play goal. Whitelaw's top performance of the week came against Hobart as he compiled two goals and two assists. He was on the ice for all five Laker scores in the 5-1 win to help the squad improve to 13-1-0 overall and match a program-best 12-game winning streak.

PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Neil Musselwhite, Oswego Senior Forward (Burlington, Ontario)
Musselwhite played a key role on Laker special teams as Oswego State defeated Brockport 10-1 and Geneseo 4-2 over the weekend. Against the Golden Eagles, Musselwhite registered four goals, including three shorthanded goals in a three-minute span. His contributions on special teams continued on Saturday as he assisted and scored a power play goal in the second period against the Blue Knights. The Lakers are now 10-1-0 overall and 8-0-0 in the conference.
GOALTENDER OF THE WEEK
Brittan Kuhlman, Cortland Sophomore (Elkhorn, NE/Winnipeg Saints)
Kuhlman made 20 saves in Cortland's (5-6, 3-5 SUNYAC) 5-3 win versus Geneseo on Friday night and stopped 29 shots in a 2-1 setback to Brockport on Saturday. On the week, Kuhlman had a .907 save percentage in 119:13 in the net.
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Mike Lysyj, Cortland Freshman Forward (Hillsborough, NJ/South Shore Kings)
Lysyj scored what proved to the game-winning goal in the second period and also recorded an assist as Cortland (5-6, 3-5 SUNYAC) defeated Geneseo, 5-3, Friday night. In a 2-1 loss to Brockport on Saturday, Lysyj assisted on Cortland's lone goal. Lysyj is currently fourth in scoring on the team with 12 points on three goals and nine assists.
November 30
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Sean O'Malley, Brockport Senior Forward (Lakewood, OH/Syracuse Stars)
O'Malley led Brockport to a pair of wins and the 2009 championship at the Skidmore Invitational this past weekend. The senior forward scored two goals to earn Tournament MVP honors. O'Malley, who is on the power play unit, helped Brockport score 5 power play goals on the weekend.
GOALTENDER OF THE WEEK
Ryan Williams, Plattsburgh Freshman (Milton, Ontario)
Williams made a Plattsburgh season- and career-high 35 saves to help the Cardinals salvage a 1-1 draw at No. 10-ranked Norwich. He was named to the all-tournament team at the PrimeLink Great Northern Shootout where Plattsburgh was the runner-up to the host Cadets.

Justin Knee, Buffalo State Freshman Forward (Centralia, ON/South Huron)
Knee scored his first two career goals in a 5-4 loss to St. John's at the Adrian Tournament in Michigan.
November 23
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Eric Satim, Plattsburgh Junior Forward (Montreal, Quebec)
Satim led the Plattsburgh offense with six points on three goals and three assists, helping the No. 3-ranked Cardinals to a SUNYAC road sweep of Buffalo State (7-0 on Friday) and Fredonia (10-2 on Saturday). He capped the weekend with a four-point effort against the third-place Blue Devils, scoring two first-period goals within a 1-minute, 48-second span to erase a 1-0 Fredonia lead.

Adrian Rubeniuk, Geneseo Freshman (Grandview, Manitoba/Dauphin Kings)
Rubeniuk had 29 saves with a .967 save percentage in a 2-1 win over Brockport. He has a 1.57 goals against and a .950 save percentage in 268 minutes on the season.

Mike Grace, Plattsburgh Freshman Defenseman (Rochester, N.Y.)
Grace led all Plattsburgh blue-liners with four points, all on assists, to help the No. 3-ranked Cardinals to a SUNYAC road sweep of Buffalo State, 7-0 on Friday, and Fredonia, 10-2 on Saturday. He helped a defense that recorded its first shutout of the season against the Bengals, allowed just two goals on the weekend and limit opponents to 23.5 shots. He ranks T-4th in SUNYAC defensemen scoring with six points.
November 16
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Justin Fox, Oswego Junior Forward (Whitby, Ontario)
Fox helped the Lakers post a 5-1 victory over Cortland and a 3-2
win over non-conference Utica. Fox registered one goal and two
assists, including an assist on the game-winning goal, against
the Red Dragons. On Saturday, he scored the eventual game-winning
goal to hand the Pioneers their first loss of the season. Oswego
State is now 7-1-0 overall and 5-0-0 in conference play.
GOALTENDER OF THE WEEK
Pat Street, Fredonia Senior (Annapolis/Gunnery)
Street posted his second shutout of the year, and fourth of his career, with a 5-0 win over Geneseo. Street recorded 22 saves in that game and 26 in a 5-3 victory over Brockport.
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Mat Hehr, Fredonia Freshman Forward (Sherwood Park, Alberta)
Hehr recorded three goals on the week in two Fredonia State victories. He leads all Fredonia freshmen in points and goals and also leads all SUNYAC freshmen with the most conference goals with 4.
November 9
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Eric Selleck, Oswego Sophomore Forward (Spencerville, Ontario)
Selleck played a pivotal role in the Lakers' 8-1 win at Potsdam and 5-2 win at Plattsburgh. Selleck recorded one goal and three assists, including an assist on the game-winning goal, against the Bears on Friday. The following night versus Plattsburgh he posted two goals, including a power play goal, and one assist. Selleck leads the team in scoring with six goals and 11 assists.
GOALTENDER OF THE WEEK
Kyle Gunn-Taylor, Oswego Senior (West Seneca, NY)
Gunn-Taylor played a pivotal role in helping the Lakers finish the weekend 2-0 in SUNYAC play with road wins over Potsdam and Plattsburgh. In Friday night's game, Gunn-Taylor stopped 24 of the 25 shots he faced in his first game since February 19, 2008. He followed up that performance with 32 saves as Oswego State defeated top-ranked Plattsburgh 5-2. It marked the first time since February 3, 2006 that the Lakers had defeated the Cardinals.

Whitelaw contributed in both of the Lakers' road wins over Potsdam and Plattsburgh this past weekend. Whitelaw tallied his first collegiate goal and added two assists as Oswego State defeated Potsdam 8-1 on Friday night. On Saturday, he scored a power play goal and recorded another goal late in the third period as the Lakers upset top-ranked Plattsburgh 5-2. Whitelaw leads all SUNYAC freshmen with five points (three goals, two assists) in three conference games.
