PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Riley Hill - Plattsburgh forward

Senior (Markham, Ont./Markham Waxers)
The SUNYAC tournament MVP had a goal and assist in the championship game, scoring the game-tying goal on the power play that forced overtime. He finished the tournament with two goals and four points along with eight shots and a plus-1 rating.

Bryan Hince - Plattsburgh

Sophomore (Tillsonburg, Ont./St. Mary's Lincolns)
Named to the SUNYAC All-Tournament Team for the second straight year. He helped the Cardinals to their second conference championship in a row, while recording a combined 55 saves in the semifinal and final games.

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Eric Selleck - Oswego Forward

Freshman (Shanely, Ont./Pembroke Lumberkings)
Selleck garnered all-tournament honors after scoring an unassisted goal in the championship game for the Lakers. Selleck led all SUNYAC-freshman players with 13 goals and 26 points.

Riley Hill - Plattsburgh forward

Senior (Markham, Ont./Markham Waxers)
Plattsburgh senior forward Hill scored the game-tying goal on the power play and assisted on the game-winning short-handed goal in the Cardinals', 7-2 semifinal win over Brockport.

Bryan Hince - Plattsburgh

Sophomore (Tillsonburg, Ont./St. Mary's Lincolns)
Plattsburgh's Bryan Hince earned the victory in the Cardinals', 7-2 victory over Brockport in the SUNYAC semifinals. He made 29 saves en route to his conference-leading 21st victory of the year.

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Kyle Kudroch - Plattsburgh forward

Freshman (Cottam, Ont./Leamington Flyers)
Plattsburgh's freshman forward Kyle Kudroch scored his 10th goal of the season in the Plattsburgh's, 7-2 semifinal win over Brockport. He is now tied for fourth in the conference among first-year goal scorers.

February 23
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Jason Hill - Buffalo State forward

Senior (Niagara Falls, NY/Niagara Falls High School)
Buffalo State senior forward Jason Hill helped the Bengals clinch the last playoff spot in the SUNYAC Tournament by scoring three goals and six points during a 1-1 week. Hill had a hand in all four goals with two goals and two assists in 4-1 win over Brockport. He also moved within two points of matching the school's career scoring record with 129 career points (Joe Urbanik - 131).

GOALTENDER OF THE WEEK
Bryan Hince - Plattsburgh

Sophomore (Tillsonburg, Ont./St. Mary's Lincolns)
Plattsburgh's Bryan Hince stopped 51 of 53 shots he faced in two road victories to help the Cardinals secure the No. 1 seed in the SUNYAC Tournament. Hince finished the regular season undefeated in conference play at 13-0-1. He leads the SUNYAC with 1.69 goals-against average, .932 save percentage and .913 winning percentage (20-1-2).

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Todd Hosmer - Potsdam forward

Freshman (Scarbrough, Ont./Newmarket Hurricanes)
Freshman forward Todd Hosmer of Potsdam had a goal and an assist over the weekend as the Bears swept their final weekend of regular season games by defeating Cortland 4-1 and Oswego 4-2.

February 16
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Mike Lozzi - Oswego defender

Senior (Richmond Hills, Ont.)
Lozzi notched the game-winning goal for the second time in as many weeks in a 5-0 win at Geneseo, scoring the game's opening goal with 1:14 to play in the first period. He finished the game with two goals and an assist (garnering first star of the game honors). He also scored a goal in the 5-4 triumph over Brockport, which solidified second place for the Lakers in the league standings and a first-round bye in the SUNYAC Playoffs. Lozzi leads the team in goals with 15 and is third in scoring with 24 points. He has scored five goals in the last three games and has scored at least a point (seven goals, six assists) in seven games of a current nine-game win streak.

GOALTENDER OF THE WEEK
Alan Fritch - Buffalo State

Freshman (Saginaw, Mich./Heritage)
Fritch made 33 saves and allowed only one goal in the Bengals' 5-1 win over Morrisville on Saturday. Fritch tops the conference among freshman goaltenders in save percentage (.912) and winning percentage (.600) with a record of 5-3-2.

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Mike Kavanagh - Plattsburgh defender

Freshman (Little Neck/New York Apple Core)
Kavanagh collected a goal and two assists in 8-1 win over Potsdam on Saturday night. His goal came just 11 seconds onto the 2nd period. The freshman defenseman now has four goals and seven assists for the season.

February 9
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Nick Rolls - Plattsburgh defender

Senior (Marysville, Mich./Sarnia Blast)
Rolls tallied a six-point week in the Cardinal's three wins. He collected his 100th career point with an assist in Plattsburgh's 4-1 victory over Geneseo on Saturday. Rolls is the 8th defenseman and 46th player overall in school history to reach the milestone.

GOALTENDER OF THE WEEK
Bryan Hince - Plattsburgh

Sophomore (Tillsonburg, Ont./St. Mary's Lincolns)
Hince picked up three wins, including two in conference play, improving his record to 17-1-2 on the season. He allowed just four goals in wins over Williams, Brockport and Geneseo, stopping 56 total shots.

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Alan Fritch - Buffalo State goaltender

Freshman (Saginaw, Mich./Heritage)
Fritch made 50 saves in Bengals' 3-3 tie with Fredonia. He has a 4-3-2 record in his first season with a .906 save percentage and 3.34 goals against average.

February 2
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Patrick Palmisano - Cortland Forward

Junior (Ann Arbor, Mich./Bay State Breakers)
Palmisano played a big part for Cortland as the Red Dragons' finished out last week with a record of 2-0-1. Palmisano registered one assist in an 11-3 win at Lebanon Valley on Tuesday and recorded one goal and one assist when the Red Dragons tied with Buffalo State, 6-6, on Friday. A career-high four goals in a row against Fredonia on Saturday put Palmisano over the top for the week and helped secure a 6-2 victory for Cortland. He leads the team with 13 goals and is third on the team with 24 points for the year.

GOALTENDER OF THE WEEK
Todd Sheridan - Brockport

Junior (Edison, N.J./Sarnia Blast)
In goal, Sheridan stopped 29 shots by the Geneseo Blue Knights on Friday and helped the Golden Eagles continue their 10-game non-losing streak (8-0-2) with a 5-2 victory. Sheridan holds a record of 8-1-3 for the year, with one shutout and a goals against average of 2.00.

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Eric Selleck - Oswego Forward

Freshman (Shanely, Ont./Pembroke Lumberkings)
Selleck racked up two assists during the Lakers' 4-0 victory over Fredonia on Friday and notched two goals, including one on a power play opportunity, during the team's 4-3 win over Buffalo State on Saturday. He is currently the top freshman scorer in conference play with a total 10 goals and 12 assists for the season.

January 26
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Eric Satim - Plattsburgh Forward

Sophomore (Montreal, Que./Millbrook School)
Satim is the conference player of the week after leading the Cardinals with five points in a SUNYAC road sweep. The sophomore forward had two points in a 4-2 win at Fredonia and followed up that performance with his first career hat-trick in an 8-0 shutout of Buffalo State.

GOALTENDER OF THE WEEK
Todd Sheridan - Brockport

Junior (Edison, N.J./Sarnia Blast)
Sheridan is the goalie of the week after backstopping the Golden Eagles--who are currently on a nine-game unbeaten streak at 7-0-2--to a 2-1 overtime win against Western New England and 3-2 victory over conference foe Morrisville. He had 51 saves on 54 shots faced for a .944 percentage. On the season, Sheridan has a .930 save percentage, allowed just 23 goals in 12 games this season and improved his record to 7-1-3.

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Jonathan Redlick - Geneseo Forward

Freshman (Biggar, Saskatchewan/Kindersley Klippers)
Geneseo freshman forward Jonathan Redlick is the SUNYAC rookie of the week. He scored two goals and assisted on two others despite a 7-5 loss to Morrisville in conference play. For the season, he has seven goals and 15 points.

January 19
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Jarrett Gold - Cortland Forward

Sophomore (East Setauket/NY Bobcats)
Gold scored two goals and two assists in a 5-4 loss to Plymouth State on Friday. His line was responsible for scoring all four goals in the game for the Red Dragons. He is tied for the team lead in points with 17 (6 goals, 11 assists).

GOALTENDER OF THE WEEK
Alan Fritch - Buffalo State

Freshman (Saginaw, Mich./Heritage)
Fritch led Buffalo State to a 4-1 win Saturday over Johnson and Wales. Fritch made 31 saves to get a .969 save percentage.

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Anthony Proteau - Potsdam Forward

Freshman (Montreal, Que./St. Jerome Panthers)
Proteau scored three goals and two assists over two wins vs. Western New England State this past weekend. Proteau is currently second on the team in goals scored with nine on the season thus far.

January 12
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Connor Treacy - Potsdam Forward

Junior (Markham, Ont./Markham Waxers)
Treacy scored two goals in a 9-4 loss to Neumann and picked up an additional two assists in a 5-3 loss to Elmira this week. He remains the Bears leading scorer on the season with 22 points.

GOALTENDER OF THE WEEK
Bryan Hince - Plattsburgh

Sophomore (Tillsonburg, Ont./St. Mary's Lincolns)
Against nationally ranked Norwich (12th, USCHO.com poll), Hince made twenty saves, allowing only one goal for a .952 save percentage.

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Adam Schoff - Brockport Forward

Freshman (Port Dover, Ont.)
Schoff scored his first collegiate points in two games against Worcester State, picking up three goals and two assists.

January 5
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Garren Reisweber - Oswego Forward

Senior (Williamsville)
Reisweber was named the MVP of the Pathfinder Bank/Oswego Hockey Classic after scoring his third career hat trick in a win over Skidmore. He added an additional goal and assist over Augsberg the next night.

GOALTENDER OF THE WEEK
Bryan Hince - Plattsburgh

Sophomore (Tillsonburg, Ont./St. Mary's Lincolns)
Hince was named MVP of the Cardinal Classic tournament after leading the Cardinals to an overall 11-0-2 record on the season. Hince allowed just one goal in two games, picking up his third shutout of the season vs. Castleton State.

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Andrew Mather - Oswego Forward

Freshman (Ottawa, Ont.)
In just his third game of the season, Mather led Laker scoring with two goals against Augsberg in the championship game of the Pathfinder Bank/Oswego Hockey Classic. These were his first collegiate goals.

December 8
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Dylan Clarke - Plattsburgh Forward

Sophomore (Belleville, Ont./Kingston Voyageurs)
Clarke assisted on the game winning overtime goal against Oswego. The next night, Clarke scored a hattrick and an additional assist against Cortland. He scored his 30th career goal against Cortland.

GOALTENDER OF THE WEEK
Todd Sheridan - Brockport

Junior (Edison, N.J./Sarnia Blast)
In a weekend where Brockport picked up three out of four points, Sheridan allowed just two goals. In a 1-1 tie with Fredonia, he had 28 saves and a .966 save percentage. In a 3-1 win over Buffalo State, Sheridan added 31 saves and a .969 save percentage giving him a .967% for the weeked and a .964 goals against average.

Kyle Taylor - Plattsburgh Forward

Freshman (St. Albans, V.T./Brockville Braves)
Taylor scored the game winning goal in overtime against Oswego on Friday night.

December 1
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Ward Smith - Plattsburgh Defenseman

Junior (Forest, Ont./Sarnia Blast)
Smith scored two goals including the game winner in a 5-3 win over St. Thomas in the third place game of the 2008 PrimeLink Great Northern Shootout hosted by Middlebury. Smith also was named to the All-Tournament Team for his performance.

GOALTENDER OF THE WEEK
Bryan Hince - Plattsburgh

Sophomore (Tillsonburg, Ont./St. Mary's Lincolns)
Hince had 53 saves and an .898 save percentage on the weekend in the 2008 PrimeLink Tournament. He was able to hold No. 5 ranked Norwich to just three goals. Hince also picked up his 800th career save and his 200th season save during the third period of the third place game against St. Thomas.

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Josh Roarke - Brockport Goaltender

Freshman (Massapequa, Ont./Boston Shamrocks)
In his first collegiate start, Roarke scored a 3-2 win over Becker. He made 21 saves, including a penalty shot in the last minutes of the third period. Roarke finished the game with a .913 save percentage.

November 24
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Patrick Palmisano - Cortland Forward

Junior (Ann Arbor, Mich./Bay State Breakers)
Palmisano scored two goals, including the game winner and added two assists to erase a 3-0 deficit versus Brockport for a 6-4 win. He leads Cortland scoring with 11 points.

GOALTENDER OF THE WEEK
Alan Fritch - Buffalo State

Freshman (Saginaw, Mich./Heritage)
Fritch had a .946 save percentage, 35 saves, and allowed only two goals in a 6-2 win over Morrisville Saturday night.

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Eric Selleck - Oswego Forward

Freshman (Shanely, Ont./Pembroke Lumberkings)
Selleck scored his first collegiate hattrick and also picked up an assist in an 11-3 win over Brockport. He also has a goal in the 4-2 loss to Geneseo the following night. Selleck is currently tied for the team lead in goals (8) and third in scoring with 14 points.

November 17
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Nick Petriello - Buffalo State Forward

Sophomore (St. Catherines, Ont./Holy Cross)
Petriello scored a hattrick in a 6-6 tie versus Fredonia. He is now tied for the lead in Conference points with 14.

GOALTENDER OF THE WEEK
Bryan Hince - Plattsburgh

Sophomore (Tillsonburg, Ont./St. Mary's Lincolns)
Hince posted back-to-back shutouts on the road against SUNYAC opponents Brockport and Geneseo, as Plattsburgh won both games by identical 5-0 score. He stopped all 40 shots he faced to lower his SUNYAC-leading goals-against average to 1.67. It's the first time that the Cardinals have recorded two straight shutout wins since the last game of the 1999-2000 season and the 2000-01 opener.

Cory Park - Buffalo State Forward

Freshman (Mississaugua, Ont./St. Joseph)
Park scored two goals in a 6-6 tie versus Fredonia.

November 10
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Joel Sheppard - Buffalo State Forward

Sophomore (Pefferlaw, Ont./Sutton District)
Sheppard scored his first collegiate hattrick in a 10-3 rout of conference rival, Cortland Friday night. He also recorded an assist in the win.

GOALTENDER OF THE WEEK
Kody Van Rentergem - Fredonia

Freshman (Leduc, Alb./Brooks Jr. A)
Van Rentergem made 36 saves in his first collegiate career shutout, a 2-0 win over Cortland, in only his second start.

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Paul Beckwith - Oswego goaltender

Freshman (Cleveland, Ont./Pembroke Lumberkings)
Beckwith had a .900 save percentage in a 3-2 overtime win over Buffalo State. It was his first collegiate appearance. Beckwith picked up 16 saves in regulation, and an additional two in overtime.

November 3
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Nick Rolls - Plattsburgh defender

Senior (Marysville, Mich./Sarnia Blast)
Rolls racked up a goal and three assists as Plattsburgh picked up two conference wins. Rolls had three assists in the 5-2 win over Fredonia, and a goal and an assist in the 4-2 win over Buffalo State. Four of the five points came on the power play. He also set up the game winning goal in the Buffalo State win.

GOALTENDER OF THE WEEK
Bryan Hince - Plattsburgh

Sophomore (Tillsonburg, Ont./St. Mary's Lincolns)
Hince stopped 53 of the 57 shots against him in two weekend wins. He picked up an overal .930 save percentage.

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Kyle Haines - Cortland forward

Freshman (Topsfield, Mass./Valley Jr. Warriors)
Haines scored two goals and picked up two assists in the 8-3 win over Lebanon Valley.

October 27
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Casey Balog - Geneseo forward

Senior (Brockport/Bay State Breakers)
Balog leads Geneseo (3-1-0) in scoring with one goal, five assists so far this season. He recorded an assist in a 2-1 win over Buffalo State in the SUNYAC Challenge one week ago. He also recorded a goal and two assists in a 3-2 win vs. Neumann Friday night. Balog recorded an additional two assists the next night in 3-4 loss to Neumann.

GOALTENDER OF THE WEEK
Jeff Pasemko - Geneseo

Senior (Redwater, Alb./Sherwood Park Crusaders)
Pasemko had a .944 save percentage, making 34 saves in a 3-2 win against Neumann Friday night. In the SUNYAC Challenge one week ago, he posted a .950 save percentage and 19 saves in a 2-1 win against Buffalo State. He posted a .955 save percentage and 21 saves in a 4-1 win over Cortland.

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Kody Van Rentergem - Fredonia goaltender

Freshman (Leduc, Alb./Brooks Jr. A)
Van Rentergem had a 2-1 win in the SUNYAC Challenge over Buffalo State. He posted a .958 save percentage and had 23 saves. He was selected to the All Tournament Team.
