Player of the Week
Jeff Flegler - Cortland
Sr., 1B (Gloucester, NJ/Gloucester)

Flegler earns SUNYAC Player of the Week for the second time this season after batting .688 (11-of-16) with a double, triple and six RBI in four games, including three in SUNYAC Baseball tournament games. He batted .750 in the SUNYAC Tournament going 3-of-4 with a walk and two RBI in a 9-1 win over Oneonta; was 4-of-4 with one RBI in an 11-0 win over Brockport and went 2-of-4 with a double and two RBI in a 5-2 win over Brockport in the title game. Cortland will be making its 11th straight NCAA playoff appearance.

Pitcher of the Week
Matt Miller - Cortland
So., P (Harrison/Harrison)

In an 11-0 win against Brockport in the SUNYAC tournament, Miller allowed just four hits, while registering four strikeouts and two walks in eight innings. For the season, Miller is 5-1 with a 2.88 ERA. Cortland won its seventh straight SUNYAC title and will be making its 11th straight NCAA playoff appearance.

Player of the Week
Matt Clark - Fredonia
Sr., 1B (Lewiston/Lewiston-Porter)

Clark hit .605 on the week with four doubles, one triple, three homeruns and 14 RBI in nine games. He hit a homerun against New Paltz to the tie the game in the bottom on the 8th and went 7-for-10 in the doubleheader sweep. Clark finished the season going 6-for-7 in a game versus Penn State Behrend to raise his batting average to .424.

Pitcher of the Week
Ryan Mohr - Brockport
So., Pi (Cheektowage/Maryvale)

Mohr went 3-0 in three appearances for the Golden Eagles, pitching 20 innings and allowing just 11 hits and three runs while registering seven strikeouts. He had an ERA of 1.35 on the week. Brockport is 25-6, 11-3 SUNYAC on the season and will compete this weekend as the No. 2 seed in the SUNYAC Baseball Tournament.

Player of the Week
Dave Waldron - Plattsburgh
Fr., OF/P (Saranac/Saranac)

Waldron batted .481 (13-for-27) to help the Cardinals to a four-game win streak last week. He had 10 hits, including three triples, one double and six RBI. He is ranked 13th in the conference with a .373 batting average. Plattsburgh is currently 9-12, 4-6 SUNYAC.

Pitcher of the Week
Matt Mullin - Oswego
Fr., P (New Windsor/Newburgh)

Mullin was 2-0 on the week as he pitched two complete games. In a 7-1 win over Cazenovia, he allowed five hits, one unearned run and struck out nine. Against Fredonia, he allowed just one run on four hits in a 5-1 victory. Mullin is 3-1 on the season and has given up nine hits in 18 innings. Oswego is 11-8, 3-7 SUNYAC.

Brian Herdlein - Brockport
Sr., OF (Batavia/Batavia)

Herdlein hit .500 (7-14) with two doubles, one home run and six RBI in a 4-0 conference week in which the Golden Eagles swept doubleheaders against Oswego and Fredonia. He is batting .333 on the season. Brockport is currently 13-2, 4-0.

Pitcher of the Week
Mike Hubbs - Cortland
Jr., P (Averill Park/Tamarac)

Hubbs pitched a five-hit shutout with one walk and four strikeouts in a 2-0 win over Ithaca. He has thrown two straight shutouts and has not allowed an earned run in 21 straight innings. Hubbs is 3-0 with a 0.59 ERA this season and has allowed just 15 hits, three runs (2 earned) and eight walks and has struck out 25 batters in 30 2/3 innings. The Red Dragons are ranked 24th in Division III and have won 12 straight games (16-7, 10-0 SUNYAC).

Player of the Week
Jeff Flegler - Cortland
Sr., 1B (Gloucester, NJ/Gloucester)

Flegler batted .643 (9-of-14) with two doubles, two home runs and nine RBI in a 4-0 week for Cortland. His solo home run leading off the bottom of the sixth gave the Red Dragons a 1-0 win against Oswego. In Game 2 of the doubleheader, he recorded a home run and drove in two runs as the Red Dragons won 7-1. In two games against Fredonia, Flegler went 5-for-7 with a double and six RBI. He is batting .429 on the season.

Pitcher of the Week
Keith Roloson - New Paltz
Sr., P (Westtown/Minisink Valley)

In his only start of the week, Roloson took a no-hitter into the sixth against SUNYIT. In six innings pitched, he gave up two hits, walked five and struck out six. He gave up three runs in the game and got a no decision.

Player of the Week
Andy Mead - Cortland
Fr., OF (Baldwinville/C.W. Baker)

Mead was 6-for-10 with a home run, triple, five RBI and three runs scored in a doubleheader sweep at SUNYIT on Friday. He was 3-for-4 with a triple and two RBI in a 12-2 in the first game and was 3-for-6 with a home run, three RBI and three runs in Game Two. He recorded a three-run home run, his first at the collegiate level and is batting .386 on the season.

Pitcher of the Week
Steve Morey - Oswego
Jr., P (Groton/Groton)

Morey earned his second win of the season allowing two runs in six innings of work as the Lakers defeated Voorhees 14-2. He struck out six in the game while only walking one. Oswego is a perfect 7-0 on the season

Player of the Week
Jason Longo - SUNYIT
Sr., OF (Utica/Proctor)

Longo hit for the cycle on Saturday against Poly Tech in a 21-2 win. He has started every game for the Wildcats and leads the team with a .576 batting average, .970 slugging percentage and 12 RBI.

Pitcher of the Week
Rick Vesely - Oneonta
Sr., P (Schenectady/Guilderland)

Vesely is perfect in two starts for Oneonta. On the season, he has eight strikeouts and allowed only five hits through 13 innings with two runs allowed.
